Commercial confirmation gate

Founding Agent commercial terms

Eligibility first. Case-specific terms before provisioning.

HomeSifter does not publish one automatic direct-agent price, free period, or activation entitlement. HomeSifter issues the candidate-specific offer; the authorized contracting party or payer accepts it in writing before HomeSifter provisions approved scope.

Begin Professional Onboarding

No public candidate quote

An introduction or saved activation case does not create commercial terms.

HomeSifter verifies serviceability and issues each candidate's exact scope, payer, price, billing trigger, service period, and activation date in writing. The authorized contracting party or payer accepts that offer. A referral partner cannot promise or accept it. A broker or MLS signer authorizes affiliation and data-use matters only; any separate contracting authority must be independently identified and recorded.

The controlling sequence

Four confirmations before a charge or activation.

Completing the onboarding intake records a case for review. It does not accept a price, create a subscription, initiate billing, or authorize HomeSifter to activate a search.

  1. 01
    Eligibility

Professional identity, brokerage authority, product and market serviceability, and permitted use.

  2. 02
    Scope

The approved HomeSifter environment, professional and brokerage attribution, market, support, HomeSeeker workflow, and any optional modules.

  3. 03
    Commercial offer

HomeSifter issues the payer, price, billing trigger, service period, continuation rule, and stop condition in writing.

  4. 04
    Acceptance + activation

The authorized contracting party accepts; separate broker or MLS authority passes; HomeSifter then records the effective date and approved provisioning.

Potential direct-account scope

Confirmed case by case

  • Eligible HomeSifter professional access and approved identity
  • Brokerage attribution and confirmed operating market
  • The agreed HomeSeeker workflow and support boundary
  • Any approved payment, commute, notification, or collaboration modules

Separately scoped

Automation, integration, and custom rights

  • Additional MLS or data markets
  • Lead engagement, virtual numbers, auto-acceptance, or calendar booking
  • Offers-of-interest, outbound triggers, CRM, API, or webhook delivery
  • White-label, OEM, resale, enterprise administration, or exclusivity
  • Premium support, custom implementation, legal review, or engineering

Commercial controls

The case-specific writing controls.

  • No automatic access follows from an introduction
  • No price or free period is promised by the public intake
  • No charge is created when the intake is saved
  • The contracting party or payer, broker or MLS signer, and HomeSifter retain separate authority
  • Terms are confirmed only after the authorized counterparty accepts HomeSifter's written offer
  • Billing begins only under the mutually accepted trigger
  • Activation begins only after HomeSifter records provisioning approval
  • Any continuation, cancellation, refund, or renewal rule must be in the controlling terms

Separate commercial pathway

Mortgage-company managed evaluation pricing is not the direct-agent account price.

A lender or branch may use a separately defined HomeSifter-managed demonstration and evaluation pathway. Its pricing, scope, and continuation structure should not be quoted as direct professional account terms.

Founding Agent validation period

Confirm eligibility before HomeSifter prepares case-specific commercial terms.

Eligibility and market coverage are confirmed before an account or search is activated. The public professional-onboarding form accepts business information only. A separately authorized HomeSeeker request may collect self-reported search context, but never Social Security numbers, credit reports, account statements, mortgage applications, or financial documents.
