HomeSifter is operated by Patrick A. Neely, LLC d/b/a HomeSifter, a registered New Jersey real estate brokerage, license 2568045, with an office at 2 Dead End Drive, Maple Shade, New Jersey 08052.
2. Public requests do not create access
A consultation or professional-access submission starts a review only. It does not create an account, grant credentials, approve an applicant or organization, authorize data use, schedule a private demonstration, establish representation, or form a commercial agreement. HomeSifter may request additional verification and may decline or limit a request.
3. Professional eligibility and accurate information
The professional path is limited to the organization types listed on that form. You must provide accurate information and may submit an organization request only when you are authorized to do so. Claiming authority does not prove authority; HomeSifter may verify it separately.
4. Permitted public-site use
You may use the public site to learn about HomeSifter and submit a legitimate request. You may not interfere with the site, bypass access controls, submit unlawful or deceptive content, introduce malicious code, scrape protected material, impersonate another person or organization, or use the public form to transmit highly sensitive personal or financial records.
5. No financial, credit, legal, or outcome guarantee
Public HomeSifter information is educational and evaluative. It is not a mortgage application, credit decision, loan approval, commitment, rate lock, appraisal, legal opinion, or guarantee of financing, property condition, price, availability, savings, or any transaction outcome. Applicable professionals remain responsible for their own advice, verification, licensing, and decisions.
6. Communications
Service communications related to a submitted request are separate from optional recurring email or text messages. Optional choices are governed by their displayed disclosure, the Privacy Notice, and, for text messages, the SMS Terms. You may use the preference page to request changes.
7. Changes and contact
