Two governed participation paths

HomeSifter Founding Agent Program

Help define how buyers, agents, and lenders should search and act together.

Request ordinary direct access as an eligible, verified professional or apply for an intensive 90-day product-development Fellowship. HomeSifter intends to select up to three agents for the initial cohort; ordinary Founding Agent Access is not limited to three.

Applying or saving an intake does not approve eligibility, create an account, activate listing content or a search, award credits, schedule support, contact a lender, or create a charge.

HomeSifter Founding Agent Program

One program. Two levels of participation.

HomeSifter may directly provision eligible real estate professionals, teams, offices, and multiple offices under its governed direct-agent pathway. Before activation, HomeSifter confirms professional eligibility, brokerage affiliation, market serviceability, written account terms, and permitted use.

Open eligibility pathway

Founding Agent Access

The standard pathway for eligible, verified professionals who want to begin using HomeSifter with approved buyer or representative scenarios. Direct access is not limited to three agents.

  • Governed professional onboarding and serviceability review
  • Approved professional and brokerage attribution
  • Traditional, payment-aligned, and side-by-side search when confirmed
  • Approved invitations, saved-home activity, and notification workflows
  • Case-specific commercial terms before provisioning
Request Direct Founding Agent Access

The Fellowship is limited; direct Founding Agent Access is not. Eligible professionals who are not selected for the intensive cohort may still request and qualify for ordinary access under separately confirmed terms. Applying does not create an account, activate a search, award credits, or adopt program terms.

01

Professional eligibility

A licensed real estate professional with a serviceable market, verifiable Bright identity, a brokerage authorization path, and one live buyer or credible representative scenario.

02

Authority and commercial gates

Professional verification, broker and Bright review, permitted use, a HomeSifter-issued commercial offer, authorized counterparty acceptance, and explicit provisioning approval.

03

What provisioning establishes

An approved HomeSifter environment with professional and brokerage attribution, market and product scope, and default collaboration posture. Nothing is created until authority and commercial gates pass.

04

What happens after provisioning

Start one representative or authorized HomeSeeker, choose the smallest useful search, activate only approved capabilities, review evidence, and decide whether to repeat.

RequesterStarts one case and supplies permitted business-contact information
CandidateSupplies professional identity, workflow, and participation choices

Optional lenderReviews financing assumptions only when selected and authorized
Contracting party or payerAccepts case-specific commercial terms in its authorized capacity

Current Founding activation case

One governed case carries the professional to the first evidence decision.

Public input can record or claim a case. HomeSifter verifies eligibility and serviceability, issues the case-specific offer, records the authorized counterparty's written acceptance, provisions approved scope, and advances the official lifecycle. The present system carries first-scenario and evidence states on that same case; a separate private HomeSeeker workspace is a future operational milestone.

Onboarding once · HomeSeeker activation repeatedly

Professional access answers who may operate. A HomeSeeker request answers what should happen for one scenario.

Professional onboarding determines who may use HomeSifter and under what mutually accepted scope. It does not configure or activate a buyer search. After provisioning, the approved professional can prepare each separately governed HomeSeeker request.

The current public launcher is an explanatory next-step selector. It does not create a HomeSeeker, send an invitation, start notifications, schedule a meeting, activate MLS content, or create a charge.

The intake separates the person making the request, the candidate agent, the brokerage authority, the lender relationship, and the requested next action. Only applicable questions appear.

Professional license references, Bright identifiers, and business contacts are stored with this intake for eligibility, authorization, routing, owner review, and related follow-up. Review the Trust and data-use boundaries.

Submitting records the intake for manual review. It does not send an email, approve eligibility, create an account, activate MLS content or a search, schedule a meeting, or create a charge.
