Communication policy

HomeSifter notifications are permissioned by purpose.

An email address, phone number, business relationship, MLS record, or invitation from another user does not create blanket permission to send.

Required service responses

Limited to an action you request.

HomeSifter may respond to the exact consultation or professional access request you submit and may send necessary account or security messages for an active credentialed account. These messages are not newsletters or promotional campaigns.

Optional notifications

Off until you select them.

Optional purposes are independent. Selecting one does not authorize another, and stopping optional messages does not disable necessary account-security messages.

Current public choices

Channel and purpose stay visible.

HomeSeeker email · event-driven alerts: Email me event-driven HomeSifter property and decision alerts. Depending on my saved preferences and matching activity, alerts may arrive as often as hourly. I can unsubscribe or change topics at any time.
HomeSeeker email · product, service, and event updates: Email me occasional HomeSifter product, service, and event updates. I can unsubscribe at any time.
HomeSeeker SMS · request updates: I expressly agree that HomeSifter may send automated informational text messages to the mobile number I provided about this consultation or access request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase, a consultation, or access.

Stop or change notifications

Use the direct channel control whenever it is available.

Use the unsubscribe or preference link in an email, reply STOP to an SMS, or email results@homesifter.com. Include the address or number and the purpose you want stopped. SMS users may reply HELP for help. The public preference form records a manual suppression request; it does not itself prove that every provider has completed the change. No unauthorized outreach

External addresses stay outside HomeSifter SES.

HomeSifter does not use purchased, rented, scraped, MLS-derived, or externally supplied addresses for SES outreach unless the recipient independently enrolls for the exact purpose.
